How long does shipping take?

Our products are made to order! Therefore, please allow 2-5 business days for production. Once shipped, our products typically arrive within 2-5 business days.

Can I return a custom item?

Custom items cannot be returned. However, if a mistake was made on your product you can request a remake. If we are unable to accomodate the remake request, we will refund your money - no questions asked. And you can keep your item!

Can I change my custom order after placing it?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How do I care for my woven blanket?

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Do Not Use Bleach. Tumble dry with low heat. Air drying for this blanket is also an option.
